Return & Refund

Process

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it unused to us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping cost).

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of our receipt of your return and inform you of our approval or rejection of your return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that this credit may take a few days to reach you.

How to return

  • You should mail your item(s) to: 14 Legate Road, Longniddry, EH32 0FL .

  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

  • Please state the reason for your return on the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please package the item(s) properly and safely using the original packaging to ensure that the returned items are not damaged during shipping. We will not approve the return of items which have been damaged during the shipment of the return.

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your items. We will only cover the return postage if the items are faulty or damaged when they first reached you.

  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Important information

  • We will not accept items that have been used or tampered.

  • We cannot process and complete any return without a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We will not refund the original shipping cost.

  • We will not cover the return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged. 

  • We will not approve the return of items which have been damaged during the return process (i.e. during the shipment of the return to us). Please ensure that the item(s) are properly packaged before shipping them back to us.
